陶瓷的烧成技术
将颗粒状陶瓷坯体致密化并形成固体材料的技术方法叫烧结。烧结即将坯体内颗粒间空洞排除,将少量气体及杂质有机物排除,使颗粒之间相互生长结合,形成新的物质的方法。
烧成使(shi)用(yong)的(de)加(jia)热(re)(re)(re)装(zhuang)置最(zui)广(guang)泛使(shi)用(yong)电炉。除(chu)了常(chang)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)烧结即无压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)烧结外(wai),还(hai)有热(re)(re)(re)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)烧结及(ji)热(re)(re)(re)等(deng)静(jing)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)烧结等(deng)。连续热(re)(re)(re)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)烧结虽然提高产量,但设备和模具费用(yong)太高,此外(wai)由(you)于属轴向(xiang)受(shou)(shou)热(re)(re)(re),制(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)(pin)长度受(shou)(shou)到限制(zhi)(zhi)。热(re)(re)(re)等(deng)静(jing)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)烧成采用(yong)高温高压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)气体作压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)传递介质,具有各向(xiang)均匀(yun)受(shou)(shou)热(re)(re)(re)之优点,很适(shi)合形状复杂制(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)(pin)的(de)烧结。由(you)于结构均匀(yun),材料性能比冷压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)烧结提高30~50%。比一般热(re)(re)(re)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)烧结提高10-15%。
